**Chess Tournament**

The chess tournament will begin this week. A copy of the bracket is hanging in the

Learning Commons. Each match will consist of three games. Students will alternate

colors for the first two games and randomly decide the colors for the third game (if

needed). Because of the timing, it is important that students complete their matches

within the time frame indicated on the bracket. If matches are not completed within the

time frame, the result will be a double forfeit. Players are asked to report the results

of the matches to Mr. Rogai. The Championship match will be played on May 8. The

bracket will be available to view through the Google Drive.
