“I got the opportunity to go to Katie McGinty’s win-lose party in Philadelphia, at the Sheridan in Center City. My sister is friends with McGinty’s daughter, and we were invited because of that. While I was there, I was able to meet Governor Tom Wolf and Senator Bob Casey. For me, I figured out she was going to lose earlier than a lot of the people there. I saw the results come in from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, and saw it wasn’t enough for her to win. I left before the race was called.”
